Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the unique and original nature of our artwork, all sales are final once the artwork has been delivered.
– Returns or refunds are not accepted for any reason after delivery.
– We encourage you to carefully review product details and reach out to us with any questions before making a purchase.

2. Order Cancellations
We understand that situations can change. Order cancellations are permitted under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Cancellation:
– Cancellations must be requested before the artwork has been shipped.
– Once the artwork is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

– Process for Cancellations:
1. Contact us immediately at thepalettebyrimsha@gmail.com with your order number.
2. If the cancellation request is received in time, (ideally 24 hours) we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Damaged Items During Delivery
We take great care in packaging and shipping our artwork to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, if your artwork is damaged during transit, we are committed to resolving the issue.

What to Do if Your Artwork Arrives Damaged:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing Thepalettebyrimsha@gmail.com
2. Include the following in your email:
– Your order number.
– Clear photos of the damage to the artwork.
– Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging.

– Resolution Options:
After reviewing your case, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. This may include:

– Replacement:
If the damaged piece is part of a limited series, we may offer to send a replacement (if available). Note that one-of-a-kind original artwork cannot be replaced with an identical piece.

– Repair:
For minor damages, we may offer repair options, by guiding you through a simple fix.

– Credit or Refund:
If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we may offer store credit or a refund for the damaged item.

– Limitations:
– Damage claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
– Minor variations in texture, color, or brushwork due to the handmade nature of the artwork are not considered damages.

4. Taxes, Customs Fees, and Shipping Costs
– Import Duties and Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international orders. These charges are set by your country and are not included in the price of the artwork or shipping cost.

– Non-Refundable: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or returns.

5. Custom or Commissioned Artwork
All custom and commissioned artwork sales are final. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once the order is confirmed and work has begun.
